HYDRATION is key, and becomes even more important after a short dehydration phase pre-weigh-in. Milk is arguably a better hydration source for the body than commercially available sports drinks or even plain water. This is due to the large amount of sodium and potassium in milk that enables better restoration of the body’s fluid balance.
