Nutritionist Robert Seaborne looks at milk and chocolate milk in particular and provides four main benefits a fighter can derive from this dairy treat

1. Protein

CHOCOLATE milk is a fantastic source of casein-based protein, which means it releases its amino acids slowly and is therefore a perfect pre-sleep recovery option for boxers. 500ml of supermarket-bought chocolate milk can contains over 21g of protein.
