BOXERS go through long periods of nutritional manipulation, often having specific macronutrient amount they have to meet. It can therefore be hard to find foods and liquids that represent these nutritional sources and can offer the right amount of macros. Milk (either on its own or as chocolate milk) offers great amounts of nutrients that can aid a boxer during different types of training and competition preparation.
