Well, in this video I give you the perfect boxing workout to get the benefits I mentioned above, all you need is a heavy bag and a pair of boxing gloves.
It does take time but doesn’t get me wrong you will feel a lot of great things after just completing this 15-minute session.
Boxing training for me is the best sort of exercise you can do, as long as you’re not being punched in the face that is!
