Live boxing is back in a big way this week

Josh Taylor’s defence of his WBA and IBF super-lightweight titles against Apinun Khongsong can be watched live on BT Sport 1 on Saturday night (September 26). The action begins at 7.30pm with an undercard featuring Charlie Edwards-Kyle Williams, David Oliver Joyce-Ionut Balata, George Davey-Jeff Thomas and Sean Gerrard Duffy-Jamie Quinn.

Clashing with the above is the World Boxing Super Series cruiserweight final. Over on Sky Sports Action (and Sky Sports Arena) at 10pm viewers can see live coverage from Germany of Yuniel Dorticos’ enticing clash with Mairis Breidis. On Wednesday night (September 30, after our next issue has gone to press) you can see the Golden Contract super-lightweight and featherweight finals and one of the light-heavyweight semi-finals.
