After last Saturday it’s Josh Taylor. He’s won back-to-back world title fights against elite opposition and is our only unified world champion. Callum Smith, who I’d have had at number one before the weekend, is now a very close second.

John Murray
Tyson Fury. He’s the best heavyweight on the planet at the moment and has been into the lion’s den more than once and produced the goods.

I’d say Callum Smith is the UK’s current pound-for-pound number one. He has shown himself to be a very good polished fighter since he has been boxing at 12-round level and he won the World Boxing Super Series lasts year.

Nigel Wright
Callum Smith has been the best for a while now. He has the pedigree behind him with a great network and is huge for the weight. I think he would beat anyone in the world at super-middleweight.
