CRUISERWEIGHT Ryan Crawford returns from his first career defeat, in December against Darren Snow, on Saturday’s (May 7) Goodwin Boxing show at London’s York Hall. Crawford, from Uxbridge, is determined the same fate will not befall him again, so has left no stone unturned in his preparations, training harder, running for longer and, as he tells Brooke Streatfield, sparring five minute rounds.
