John Evans
John Evans has been covering boxing for almost a decade. An avid fan of the sport since his early teens he spends as much time as possible around Greater Manchester’s gyms and feels that the characters who keep the weekly small hall merry-go-round alive are equally as interesting as the sport's superstars. He has contributed to numerous websites and publications and as well as providing 32Red with all of their pre-fight content, he ghost writes Billy Graham’s column for Boxing Monthly magazine and presents VIP Promotions’ live boxing coverage. He also appeared on the BoxNation chat show Boxing Matters between 2015 and 2018. He has been a regular feature writer for Boxing News since 2018.
