THE battle for supremacy is at hand. Oleksandr Usyk vs Tony Bellew takes place tonight (November 10) at Manchester Arena. In the process of winning the World Boxing Super Series earlier this year, unbeaten Ukrainian star Usyk hoovered up the WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO cruiserweight titles.

But Liverpool’s Bellew will challenge him to become the undisputed champion. Bellew has descended from heavyweight, where he beat former two-weight world titlist David Haye – twice. Returning to cruiserweight, where he used to reign as the WBC king himself, Bellew freely admits that this fight with 2012 Olympic gold medallist Usyk will be the sternest test of his career – and also his final bout before retirement. The stage is set for a titanic clash.
